Ah, December 15th!
A time for festive cheer, mince pies, and… last-minute yacht projects? Indeed, while most were finalizing Christmas shopping, we found ourselves faced with a rather urgent request.
A client needed two morfblock.[8XL] titanium blocks... to be attached to 2 yet-to-be-designed stainless steel padeyes... and he needed before heading off to the Caribbean. The deadline? 28th December! Just enough time to fit the project in—if we were to juggle it between Christmas crackers and family dinners.
No problem, we thought. Measuring, designing, prototyping, manufacturing, and installing—all with the clock ticking down to holiday festivities. Between dashes to the workshop and family gatherings, we managed to deliver, keeping both the captain and the owner happy. Just before their departure to sunnier shores, everything was in place. We'd pulled it off once again, leaving us with a cheerful end to the year.
