Under the MORFBLOCK.com Refer a Friend Program, customers of MORFBLOCK.com who have registered as users (the “Referrer”) are invited to earn Referral Bonuses by inviting the “Referred Person” (as described below) to make purchase on MORFBLOCK.com online shop. The following MORFBLOCK.com Refer a Friend Program Terms apply to the Referrer and Referred Person (together referred to as the “Participants”) participating in the MORFBLOCK.com Refer a Friend Program.

MORFBLOCK.com may suspend, terminate or change the terms and requirements of the MORFBLOCK.com Refer a Friend Program Terms at any time and for any reason. A Referral Bonus already earned in accordance with the MORFBLOCK.com Refer a Friend Program Terms before such change, suspension or termination, will be honoured.

Information about the Referred Person:

By taking part in the MORFBLOCK.com Refer a Friend Program, the Referred Person acknowledges that MORFBLOCK.com may at its sole discretion, share the Referred Person’s first name, and status in the Referrer´s user account setting to inform the Referrer´s about the status of the earned Referral Bonus. MORFBLOCK.com will not share addresses, emails, phone numbers, IP addresses or other form of identification unless required by law. If you do not want the Referrer to receive any information about you, please do not finalize the reservation after having clicked on the Referral Link.

MORFBLOCK.com Refer a Friend Program make use of cookies in order to track the use of the Referral Link and grant the Referral Bonus. The Refer a Friend Programme cookie lasts for 7 days; if you block the use of cookies or make a purchase after 7 days of clicking the Referral Link no Referral Bonus will be granted.

If you do not agree with the use of cookies do not make use of the Referral Link.

1. Eligibility

Participants, meaning Referrer and Referred Person, must be 18 years of age and older. Participants with relation with MORFBLOCK such as employees or their family, suppliers, distributors, resellers are excluded from participation. Participants must be natural persons and purchases must be made for personal use.

2. Referral bonus

  • A Referral Bonus can be earned as follows:
    • The Referrer create an account at MORFBLOCK.com
    • The Referrer shares the dedicated referral link as provided on the MORFBLOCK.com user account (the “Referral Link”). The Referrer is not entitled to use the Referral Link in or for paid promotions, including online advertising;
    • A person, receiving the link (the “Referred Person”), and by clicking on the Referral Link, creates a new account at MORFBLOCK.com and makes a purchase through the MORFBLOCK.com.
    • The Referral Link grants the Referred Person a onetime 10% (ten percent) discount for unregistered natural persons to be automatically used on their first purchase of “Selected Products”.
    • The Referred Person must be a natural person with no registered account at MORFBLOCK.com.
    • The Referred Person Purchase is completed and shipped, Eligible Purchase.
    • The Referrer is granted with a Referral Bonus of 10€ which can be used at MORFBLOCK.com as store credit on “Selected Products”.
    • Referrer and Referred Person must at all times be different persons.

 

  • A purchase is considered an “Eligible Purchase” when it has been made by the use of the Referral Link and the Referred Person is an unregistered user which completes purchase on MORFBLOCK.com by paying his order in full by the methods supplied on the website. MORFBLOCK.com will only recognize one Eligible Purchase per Referred Person to count for a Referral Bonus.
  • The Referral Link is unique to each register user and can be found on their accounts.
  • Selected Products are MORFBLOCK complete blocks as presented on the website.
  • Each Referred Person may only make use once of a Referral Link, also if the Referred Person received or had access to separate Referral Links from different Referrer.
  • Each Referred Person must be an unregistered user.  The Referral Bonus is not available for referring existing users; the referral must be made to a new natural person.
  • Creating multiple accounts for one natural person is prohibited.
  • The MORFBLOCK.com Refer a Friend Program can only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Referral Bonus awards €10.- (ten EURO) of store credit per Eligible Purchase.
  • Referral Bonus are non-refundable, have no cash value, and will not be paid out upon the termination or cancellation closure of a subscriber account.
  • A Referral Bonus not redeemed within 90 days after its availability will automatically expire. The Referral Bonus cannot be transferred, exchanged for any cash or money or sold.
  • Referral Bonus can be combined with previous valid Referral Bonuses.
  • Referral Bonus can not be used in combination with other coupons or discounts.
  • The Referrer may only earn the Referrer’s Referral Bonus 100 times in total.
  • The Reference Person onetime discount is valid for 30 days after user registration.
  • The Participants will be responsible for any taxes or charges, that may be arise due to import duties.
  • MORFBLOCK.com will, if it has determined in its sole discretion, that Referrer and Referred Person have complied with and fulfilled the MORFBLOCK.com Refer a Friend Program Terms, confirm that the Referrer and the Referred Person have earned the bonus (the “Referral Bonus”) as described in the invitation to participate in the MORFBLOCK.com Refer a Friend Program. The Participants will automatically receive the Referral Bonus as a credit coupon in the user account for the purpose of the Refer a Friend Program.
  • MORFBLOCK.com assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected referrals or communications or for any failure of the website, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or referral to be received by MORFBLOCK.com on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to a your (or any other person’s) computer related to or resulting from this program. MORFBLOCK.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this program should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of MORFBLOCK.com, corrupt the security or proper administration of the program or for any other reason. Referrals are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, unintelligible, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Referrals submitted by unauthorised means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that a referral has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these terms, you and all of you referrals will be disqualified from this program and any referral credits that have been awarded will be deducted. You agree to abide by the terms of this program and the decisions of the MORFBLOCK.com team, which are final. This program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • MORFBLOCK.com may end the Program or change any of the terms at any time, without notice and without obligation to award any referral credits. Valid confirm coupons will be valid till their expiration date or referral program end.
  • If orders are cancelled after purchase or returned earned referral credit will be cancelled.
  • The calculation of the Referral Bonus is an automatic procedure based on the use of the Referral Links and the creation of Eligible Purchases through the MORFBLOCK.com online shop. MORFBLOCK.com retains the right to, at its sole discretion, review the compliance with the MORFBLOCK.com Refer a Friend Program terms.

3. Displaying Referral Links

The Referrer shall not share or publish the Referral Links where there is no reasonable basis for believing that recipients are genuine interested and appreciate the invitation stated through the Referral Link and not in violation of applicable anti-spam laws. The Referrer shall indemnify and hold MORFBLOCK.com, its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents and successors harmless, from and against any claims that may arise from any unlawful forwarding or sharing of the Referral Link.

4. Anti Bribery

By sharing the Referral Link, creating a Purchase and in order to be eligible for the Referral Bonus, each Participant agrees and accepts the following anti-bribery terms: You are not a government official. “Government officials” include any government employee; candidate for public office; and any employee of (wholly or partly) government-owned or government-controlled companies, public international organizations and political parties (including any official or representative thereof). Government officials are not eligible for the referral bonus. You shall immediately inform us if you are a government official. In respect of (or as an award for) the referral activities (including the solicitation of new users, accommodations and/or the promotion and marketing of MORFBLOCK.com) and the Referral Bonus, you shall (i) not directly or indirectly (a) offer, promise or give to any third party (including any governmental official or political party(‘s official, representative or candidate)), or (b) seek, accept or get promised for itself of for another party, any gift, payment, reward, consideration or benefit of any kind which would or could be construed as bribery or an illegal or corrupt practice, and (ii) comply with all applicable laws governing anti-bribery and corrupt gifts and practices (including but not only the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Anti-Bribery Act).

5. Miscellaneous

  • MORFBLOCK.com retains the right to investigate the participation in the MORFBLOCK.com Refer a Friend Program for any fraudulent activities and take any measures to end them. These measures may comprise, that MORFBLOCK.com at its own discretion cancels an Eligible Purchase. Referral Bonus earned through fraudulent activities or activities in violation of these MORFBLOCK.com Refer a Friend Program terms will be null and void and repayment may be requested by Booking.com.
  • MORFBLOCK.com may suspend, terminate or change the terms and requirements of the MORFBLOCK.com Refer a Friend Program Terms at any time and for any reason.
  • The original English version of this Agreement may have been translated into other languages. The translated version of this Agreement is a courtesy and office translation only and the Participants cannot derive any rights from the translated version. In the event of a dispute about the contents or interpretation of these terms and conditions of this Agreement or in the event of a conflict, ambiguity, inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of this Agreement, the English language version shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in legal proceedings.
  • If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, you shall remain bound by all other provisions hereof. In such event, such invalid provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and each participant will at least agree to accept a similar effect as the invalid, unenforceable or non-binding provision, given the contents and purpose of these terms and conditions.
  • To the extent permitted by law, these MORFBLOCK.com Refer a Friend Program Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the competent court in Valencia, Spain.
